Meet Creaky Kate

Introducing my friend Kate, who will be writing our “Yoga for Broken Bodies” series. With decades of yoga experience and a collection of creaky joints (bone-on-bone knees, cranky shoulders and hips, and a back that’s seen better days), Kate shares honest, practical advice for keeping yoga in your life when your body starts complaining.
Kate believes that yoga isn’t just for perfect bodies – it’s for real bodies, with real limitations, that still deserve to move and feel good. Her no-nonsense approach and gentle humor make yoga accessible for anyone dealing with joint issues, chronic conditions, or just the reality of getting older.
